Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this latest image disclosure is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying various areas of the land.
Alongside this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including plans for boat shelters.
